There are many ways to work out the logistic.
* A taxi might be required if you need to be on the Main Island for a Ceremony at Matira, Mt Popoti or a Departure to Tupai.
* There is an extra charge for these selecting a Tupai Ceremony and wishing for a Helicopter pick up at their resorts.
* Mt Popoti ceremonies include a private 4x4 to get you to there and back. You can upgrade to a helicopter Drop Off.
Don't worry, this is just to give you an estimate on costs, we will find the best options and most cost efficient for you.
Additional Services
We work with trusted partners who care about your experience and offer fair rates and thus recommend their services. As these services are quite personal, we encourage you to reach out to them directly or we can request to provide you with an accurate quote based on the information you provided.
For photography, we recommend Bora Bora Photo & Video, Stephan & Bonnie have been working with us for years and they carry a great reputation and client's satisfaction.
Should you decide to retain their services, we will coordinate the timing and logistic directly with them so you have nothing to worry about. Payments can be settled directly with them.
Organization & Payment Fees
We do not resell services and wish to be transparent with our fee structure. Because we operate on a low margin and charge fair organization fees, we unfortunately have to charge a 5% CC processing fee (Payment in USD 100/1) and a 3000 XPF flat fee for wire transfers. For those wishing to pay in USD Conversion for USD is 100/1.

CIVIL CEREMONY DOCUMENTS
A Civil (Legal) Ceremony requires a minimum of 3 months to prepare and reserve the date with Town Hall. Ideally we would like to set up a call with you, via WhatsApp or Zoom to go over the documents and process.
