It requires a minimum of 3 months to get it scheduled with Town Hall as well as to process the required documents – However, we encourage you to start the process as soon as possible.

Wedding Bora Bora is composed of a principal organizer & an adviser. We organize Tahitian Ceremonies while partnering with local trusted operators.

We charge a flat fee based on the time required to organize your ceremony. All other costs associated with a ceremony are passed as a direct cost to you without commissions or resell of these services.

The sooner the better so we can ensure our partners are available for your special date. However, everyone is flexible and we can often organize a ceremony as last minute during your stay.

Yes of course, the atmosphere here is very laid back and we have visitors from all horizons and way of life.  This lifestyle is also commonly very accepted within the Polynesian Population.

I am Moea; Director of Wedding Bora Bora and I am from Bora Bora. All other partners associated with our services are native to Bora Bora or have been operating in Bora Bora for many years. All of our partners operate as their own entity, are registered with French Polynesian Chamber of commerce and are insured in their discipline.

We have been working with Stephan & Bonnie from Bora Bora Photo & Video for many years.  They have photographed many of our ceremonies and often time have been very resourceful in assisting in the planning of our ceremonies.  They are lovely, very kind, honest and do outstanding work.  Best is to contact them directly, they will make suggestions and give you the best options for photo & video depending on your wishes but also the location / venue you selected.  

Yes, the intent is to be transparent with pricing. We will review the information and confirm back with you. There are many factors for logistics and transportation that can affect the final price but it should be very close to what you have received.

We will work with you the best we can to re-schedule at a latter date time during your stay. We can cancel the event entirely within 48hrs of the date.

We do not require any down payment at this time.

We can accept Cash, Credit Card payments via Paypal & Wire Transfers. We operate on a VERY low margin and thus have to charge back any banking or credit card processing fees.
