This is one of our favorite eatery in town!  If you happen to be in the center of Vaitape, you will notice food trucks on the main plaza (Place Tu Vavau) - You enjoy home real Crepes and Waffles, Epison & Agathe are charming and will take good care of you!  Epison is also a licensed captain so you might even cross path with him during a lagoon tour!  Oh, also.. while DELICIOUS, it won't cost you an arm & leg!
