    The Matira Ceremony lends itself to those staying on the main island.
     Meeting you prior to your ceremony following your arrival in Bora Bora, to take you through matters, explain what lies ahead & answer any questions.
     Greeting you on the day of the Renewal of your Vows & escorting you to your ceremony.
     Fully preparing, appropriately setting-up & extensively decorating the ceremonial area so as to capture the stunning beauty of the lagoon.
     Upon your arrival at the ceremonial area you will be greeted by the Tahua (Tahitian priest) & welcomed in song, as tradition dictates, by his assistants – at least 3 musicians & 2 dancers.
     Your Ceremony will be performed in both Tahitian & English.
     You will each be presented with floral leis & crowns which signify the importance of the occasion & of those wearing the leis & form an integral part of the ceremony.
     To signify your ‘oneness’ you will be wrapped briefly at one stage in an ancient, ceremonial Tapa.
     You will be presented with a Renewal of Vows Certificate prepared in Tapa.

     The actual ceremony is performed by traditional ceremonies experts Kolokani Entreprise.Photographs, video & hotel transfers are not included in the above due to the many variables.
